Employees/ Outsourcers? Which are better?

Many traditional business perished because of they could not sustain the high overhead cost.  The rent, electricity, staff and associated benefits, cost of marketing and advertsing and other obvious costs in doing business. 

On the contrary, the most appealing factor of internet business is that you don't have to hire full time employees nor paying rent for that matter, hence lowering the cost of doing business.

In some instances, however, you may want to hire one or two employees to handle your day-to-day operations, especially when it comes to secretarial or accounting work, which is hard to outsource due to the nature of the work.
