Passive income - Is Creating Money Online A Dream?

Passive income is the income that you don't have to work for, but automatically comes into your account, without you having to work.  This concept is not new; however made popular by the book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad". It's important you learn your financial status, before creating your passive income.

Here are the detailed step of how you understand your current financial situation:

First, make up a list of items that you have already earned monthly without your effort.  Items like interest income, stock dividend, rental income, subscription income and etc. 

Secondly, list out all the expenses that you have to pay every month no matter what.  Expenses like rental expense, monthly living expense and etc.

After the exercise, you should have a pretty good idea of how much passive money you currently have over your expenses. I hope the number is a positive number for you. If not you should start to build up your own passive income.

Traditionally, passive income is created via building real estate, namely buying real estate and then rent them out to others so that you may create your passive income for the long haul.  Thanks to the invention of the internet, you no longer have to fork out a large sum of money before you can start to purchase your passive income. You can now start your passive income via the internet. 

One of the ways you can create your passive income is via affiliate marketing. I like promoting programs that offer recurring income.  Products like Site Build It, Aweber, Getresponse are typical products that offer you affiliate program that you may take advantage of to establish your passive income.  These programs can be categoried under "Software As Subscription" (SAS). These programs are especially good for your promotion. 

You are advised to create your game plan before you join these programs and start promoting them. Why?
